Order Dispatch:YourMart is authorized to dispatch orders on your behalf as instructed.
Communication: YourMart will only contact the consignee if instructed or in urgent situations.
Account Termination: Failure to provide satisfactory customer support or respond to queries may lead to account termination.
Payment Policy: Payments will follow the policy outlined on our website.
Delivery Guarantee: We aim to fulfill orders, but 100% delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Business Loss: YourMart is not liable for any business loss. Account Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
Code of Conduct: Any abusive behavior will result in immediate account termination.
Tracking: Tracking information is provided, but manual tracking requests are not accepted.
Shipment Responsibility: Dropshippers must monitor shipments and report delays promptly.
Payment Claims: Claims must be made within 60 days of order or 15 days of invoice generation.
Accurate Information: Dropshippers must provide accurate information; false information may lead to account termination.
Complaint Handling: Complaints and refunds are handled by our complaints department.
Proper Procedure: Public complaints without following proper procedures may result in account termination.
Communication Channels: Complaints are only addressed through our ticket system.
Legal Compliance: Dropshippers must adhere to all e-commerce laws and regulations.
Account Security: Dropshippers are responsible for keeping their login information secure.
Contact Information: Dropshippers must maintain up-to-date contact and business information.
Reputation Maintenance: Dropshippers must not engage in activities damaging to YourMart's reputation.
Modification of Terms: YourMart may modify terms at any time; dropshippers are responsible for staying informed.
Invalid Provisions: Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the agreement.
Waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not waive that right.
Product Availability: YourMart reserves the right to alter product selection at any time.
Product Issues: Dropshippers are responsible for handling issues arising from product recalls or defects.
Liability: YourMart is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from product use.
Product Quality: Dropshippers are encouraged to obtain product samples for quality assurance.
Privacy: YourMart respects dropshippers' privacy and complies with relevant laws and regulations.
